Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our U.S. Developments Team and drive delivery on one of America’s largest travel plaza redevelopment programs.

This role oversees multiple projects across several states, transforming travel plazas, fuel facilities, and national QSR brands throughout the United States. Travel to project sites and a hybrid work model are expected components of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction, permitting, procurement and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Project and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent construction and development projects, often across several states.
• Act as Construction Project Manager and/or Owner's Representative to protect Applegreen's interests.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and operational opening.
• Develop and manage project schedules and milestone plans.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to complete the project.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to required quality standards.
