Job summary

Applegreen seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead multiple travel plaza redevelopments and fuel facility upgrades across the US. This role oversees projects from concept through turnover, coordinating with design teams, contractors, and operations to deliver on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Construction Engineering or Architecture with at least 5 years of PM experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction permitting, procurement, and project delivery.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and MS Office Suite; excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent construction and development projects across several states.
• Act as Construction Project Manager or Owner's Representative to protect Applegreen's interests.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and milestone plans.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all stages from design to turnover.
• Prepare reports, risk registers, and executive summaries for senior leadership.
