Applegreen is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our U.S. Developments Team to drive delivery on one of America’s largest Travel Plaza Redevelopment programs.

This is not a single-site role; you will oversee multiple construction projects across several states and work with senior leadership, consultants, and contractors. You will manage design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover, with projects ranging from fuel station improvements to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects across locations.
• Proficiency with Excel, MS Project, and Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple concurrent construction projects across states.
• Act as Owner's Representative to protect Applegreen's interests.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and opening.
• Develop and manage schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, on-schedule, within budget, and high quality.
• Prepare project reports and status updates.
