Applegreen is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our rapidly expanding U.S. Developments Team to drive delivery on a major Travel Plaza Redevelopment program.

This role oversees multiple concurrent projects across several states, transforming travel plazas, fuel facilities, convenience retail locations, and national QSR brands. You will coordinate with Design, Operations, and Contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating with diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple concurrent construction and development projects across several states.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and operational opening.
• Develop, maintain and actively manage project schedules and milestone plans.
