Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Seattle to address a range of apartment and property maintenance tasks and uphold high standards of customer service and curb appeal.

You will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and related systems; manage work orders and ensure resident satisfaction; and participate in on-call emergency maintenance while prioritizing safety and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address maintenance duties including electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, carpentry and grounds as required.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness; identify maintenance needs.
