Avenue5 Residential in McKinney, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property maintenance duties and uphold high standards of customer service and curb appeal at the assigned property.

You will perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC and grounds, maintain the work order system, inspect grounds for safety, assist with emergencies, and communicate with maintenance leadership to resolve issues promptly while maintaining professionalism with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervisor/manager.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.
• Perform general carpentry duties such as wallboard repair and cabinet replacement.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and amenities to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with property emergencies and on-call maintenance.
• Promote safety and risk management; adhere to company rules.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and interact with residents courteously.
