Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property maintenance duties and uphold top customer service and curb appeal at our Bremerton property.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and preventive maintenance; manage work orders, ensure safety, and respond to emergencies with a professional, resident-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as assigned by the maintenance supervisor/property manager.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance tasks as required.
• Carry out preventive maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, elevator, etc.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to satisfaction of residents.
• Inspect grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
