Avenue5 Residential in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to handle apartment and property maintenance tasks and uphold outstanding customer service and curb appeal.

You will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds, follow safety protocols, and coordinate with the maintenance supervisor to keep properties in top condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field is preferred.
• General maintenance and general carpentry skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as needed.
• Perform general carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and ceramic tile repair.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds, buildings, and amenities to ensure safety and cleanliness and identify maintenance needs.
• Assist with property emergencies and after-hours on-call duties as required.
• Follow safety and risk management policies and procedures.
