Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to perform a broad range of apartment and property maintenance tasks at assigned properties. You will work under the maintenance supervisor to ensure high standards of service and curb appeal for residents and clients.

The role requires hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and related trades, with a strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and timely completion of work orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of experience in property maintenance or related field preferred.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are desired.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervisor/manager.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as needed.
• Maintain work orders to meet company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds and facilities for safety and cleanliness; address issues promptly.
• Assist with emergencies (snow, fires, floods) and after-hours calls.
