Job summary

Kairoi Residential is seeking a Service Technician to maintain multifamily communities, respond to resident requests, and prepare vacant apartments for new residents. The role involves troubleshooting appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units, with a focus on timely, professional service.

Candidate should have 2–3 years of apartment repair experience, OSHA knowledge, and EPA/HVAC certifications or willingness to obtain them.

Qualifications

2-3 years of apartment home repair experience including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
EPA and HVAC certifications or willingness to obtain them required.
Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations.
Customer-service oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Flexible schedule and on-call availability.

Responsibilities

Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry).
Perform repairs and replacements to resolve issues efficiently.
Communicate progress and estimated completion times to residents.
Assist with make-ready for vacant apartments; ensure cleanliness and functionality.
Maintain common areas, pool, laundry, fitness centers, and other spaces.
