Job summary

Kairoi Residential in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Service Technician to maintain our luxury multifamily community. You will respond to resident service requests, troubleshoot and repair appliances, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and lead and mentor a team of Service Technicians.

This role oversees make-ready for vacant units, ensures safety and compliance, and maintains common areas. Strong customer service, leadership, and on-call readiness are essential for success in our team-oriented

Qualifications

3–4 years of apartment home repair and maintenance.
EPA and HVAC certifications required.
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry repairs.
Perform repairs and replacements and communicate progress to residents.
Provide guidance, training, and support to Service Technicians.
Oversee make-ready process for vacant apartments and ensure readiness.
Inspect and maintain community grounds and amenities.
Participate in on-call rotations for after-hour emergencies.
Oversee organization and inventory of maintenance materials.
