Job summary

Kairoi Residential is seeking a Service Technician to maintain a multifamily community. You will respond to resident requests, prepare vacant apartments for new residents, and assist with various maintenance tasks across the property.

Responsibilities include diagnosing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues, performing repairs, and communicating progress to residents. A valid driver’s license and hands-on experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of apartment repair experience including carpentry, plumbing and electrical basics.
• EPA and HVAC certifications or willingness to obtain.
• OSHA safety rules knowledge.
• Customer-service focused mindset.
• Flex schedule and on-call availability.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance and carpentry issues.
• Perform repairs and replacements to resolve issues efficiently.
• Communicate progress and ETA with residents during service.
• Assist make-ready for vacant apartments and maintain common areas.
• Conduct routine property inspections and report safety concerns.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Maintain organization of maintenance shop and inventory.
