Job summary

Kairoi Residential is seeking a Service Technician in Charlotte, NC to maintain the upkeep and functionality of our multifamily community. You will respond to resident service requests, assist with make-ready of vacant apartments, and perform a variety of maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of apartment maintenance experience with basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills.
• EPA and HVAC certifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-call.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests in a timely, respectful, and professional manner.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry repairs.
• Perform repairs and replacements to resolve resident issues efficiently.
• Make-ready vacant apartments and keep common areas clean and maintained.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
