Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in valet parking, hospitality, transportation, or operations management.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, reporting, and revenue optimization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple locations and large teams.
• Excellent client relationship management and contract negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple valet locations, ensuring service quality and adherence to standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage supervisors and staff; evaluate performance and provide coaching.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability; oversee cash handling and financial reporting.
• Develop strategies to grow revenue through pricing, offerings, and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain strong client relationships with property owners, partners, and regulators.
• Ensure compliance with local parking laws, safety policies, and company procedures.
• Oversee equipment, ticketing and payment systems; identify technology upgrades.
• Travel to sites for performance reviews, launches, and audits; maintain open communication with leadership.
