LAZ Parking is seeking a Valet Manager to oversee valet operations, payroll and client relations for multiple locations. You will lead Supervisors and Team Leads, ensure policy adherence, and drive service excellence in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The role emphasizes staff development, budgeting, and successful openings of new sites, with a focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction across assigned locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in a management role, valet experience preferred.
• Experience in hospitality is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop team to achieve goals while upholding LAZ Parking culture.
• Oversee daily valet operations for restaurant clients and manage staff and client requests.
• Identify high potential employees to support growth.
• Manage payroll sign-off and wage/hour compliance with HR.
• Help open new locations and ensure client satisfaction.
