Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs seeks a Multi-Site Director to oversee day-to-day operations for several school-based sites in NY. You will visit sites, support teachers, and foster strong relationships with school staff, ensuring programs run smoothly and compliantly.

This role emphasizes organization, dependability, and hands-on leadership close to kids and families. You will recruit and lead site directors and teachers, manage scheduling and staffing ratios, monitor enrollment and program quality, and

Qualifications

• Must have management or mentoring experience with staff
• Experience scheduling across multiple sites and ensuring coverage
• Experience working with school building staff is a plus
• Familiarity with state childcare or school-age licensing requirements is a plus

Responsibilities

• Recruit to maintain pipeline of site-level candidates
• Interview, hire, onboard Site Directors and teachers across locations
• Create and manage daily/weekly staff schedules and coverage
• Maintain substitute list and fill gaps promptly
• Visit sites to coach staff and ensure program quality and compliance
• Ensure licensing compliance and maintain records
• Build strong relationships with school staff and principals
• Oversee payroll-related tasks and timecard accuracy
• Monitor enrollment and program quality at each site
• Escalate issues to Area/Regional Directors as needed
