Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a Multi-Site Director to oversee day-to-day operations across a defined set of school sites in NY. You will visit sites, support teachers, and cultivate relationships with school staff to ensure HKP remains a trusted partner in every building.

Regular travel between program sites is required. The role features part-time, non-exempt scheduling with early morning and afternoon programs, and a valuable perk: employer-paid childcare for enrolled children.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or related field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Two years of college with 18 credits in a related field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• NY State Children’s Program Administrator Credential plus 2 years of relevant experience.
• School-Age Child Care Credential or equivalent office-recognized credential plus 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Staff sites to ensure full coverage and timely scheduling.
• Build strong relationships with school staff and principals.
• Monitor enrollment, licensing compliance, and program quality.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard site-level staff across locations.
• Coach Site Directors and teachers with regular feedback.
