Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a part-time Multi-Site Director to oversee day-to-day operations at several NY program sites. You will visit sites, support teachers, and cultivate strong relationships with school staff while ensuring licensing compliance and program quality.

The role requires regular travel between AJ Smith, Romulus, Lafayette, and Skoi Yase sites. Compensation is $20.00 per hour; partnership with employer-paid childcare is offered.

Competenze

• Associate degree (or equivalent) plus two years' supervisory child care experience.
• Two years of college with 18 credits in related field plus supervisory experience.
• Credentials for state childcare appropriate to school-age programs.

• Recruit, hire, and lead staff across multiple sites and maintain coverage.
• Monitor enrollment, engage families, and ensure quality program delivery.
• Ensure active state licensing compliance and accurate records.
