Job summary

Bright Horizons Children's Centers is seeking a Multi-Site Camp Director to plan and execute kid-centered summer day camps and seasonal programs. You will recruit, train, and lead seasonal teams, manage budgets, and build community relationships with families and schools.

This onsite role requires strong leadership, operations oversight, and a commitment to safety and inclusivity. You will oversee logistics, marketing, vendor relations, and ensure compliance across up to three locations, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred for this role.
• 3 years administrative or supervisory experience in camp, education or childcare required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the employee life cycle for seasonal teams up to 35 across up to three locations.
• Supervise on-site managers responsible for day camp operations (20-120 campers, 7-12 weeks).
• Manage other break programs and pop-up childcare events in the region.
• Handle crisis, emergency, behavioral and medical responses as needed.
• Manage customer contact and deliver exceptional service for hundreds of families.
• Develop relationships with schools, PTAs, and local organizations for promotional opportunities.
• Lead promotional events and presentations for prospective families.
• Ensure compliance with company, city and state policies for camps/childcare.
• Oversee six-figure budget for personnel, food, and programming.
• Negotiate with local vendors and travel regionally to monitor programs.
