Healthy Kids Programs seeks a Multi-Site Director to manage day-to-day operations across a network of school sites in NY. You will visit sites, support teachers, and build strong relationships with principals and staff to ensure HKP is a trusted partner in every school.

The role requires organization, dependability, and a hands-on approach to oversee staffing, enrollment, compliance, and program quality. Travel between program sites is regular, with part-time, non-exempt hours and a pay rate of

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or related field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Two years of college with 18 credits in a related field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• NY State Children’s Program Administrator Credential plus 2 years of relevant experience.
• School-Age Child Care Credential or equivalent office-recognized credential plus 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Staffing: Recruiting, Hiring & Leading; Interview, hire, and onboard teachers and Site Directors across locations.
• Build daily and weekly staff schedules; manage coverage to prevent understaffing.
• Visit sites regularly to observe program quality and compliance; coach staff.
• Maintain compliant records and licensing; ensure training (CPR, first aid, mandated reporter) is current.
• Build partnerships with school leadership and resolve building-level concerns quickly.
