Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a Multi-Site Director to oversee day-to-day operations at four NY school sites. You will visit AJ Smith Elementary (Union Springs), Romulus ES, and Waterloo sites, travel regularly, and support teachers and staff.

Responsibilities include staffing, enrollment, compliance, scheduling, and building partnerships with principals. This is a part-time, non-exempt role at $20/hour with employer-paid childcare benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or mentoring staff in a multi-site setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build partnerships with school staff and families.
• Familiarity with child care licensing requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, recruiting, hiring and leading across sites.
• Build schedules and ensure coverage to avoid understaffing.
• Coach Site Directors and teachers with regular check-ins.
• Monitor enrollment, ensure engaging programs and family support.
• Maintain licensing compliance and required trainings.
• Coordinate with principals and office staff for smooth operations.
• Oversee payroll, timecards, and scheduling efficiency.
