Job summary

Asset Living is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep, including corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance, under supervision. The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain accurate chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Assist with make-ready processes and unit turnovers under supervision.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and adhere to safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
