Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the property under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. The role covers corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance as well as make-ready tasks to meet the community’s objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. On-site work and emergency on-call responsibilities are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready processes under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain clean, safe maintenance shop and inventory.
• Keep accurate records of service requests and safety logs.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
