Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance across its properties. Responsibilities include corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, plus make-ready tasks under supervision.

Candidates should possess a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Regular on-site attendance, safety compliance, and on-call availability are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and cosmetic tasks to ensure property standards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs to extend the life of the community and minimize future repairs.
• Assist with make-ready processes and on-call emergency coverage as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized maintenance shop and comply with safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
