Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our property portfolio. You will assist with corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Key responsibilities include handling make-ready tasks, daily on-site presence, responding to service requests, and maintaining safety standards and records. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes for the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Handle make-ready processes under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and keep accurate records.
