Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for multiple on-site locations in West Columbia, SC. The role focuses on corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready tasks and safety compliance.

You will respond to resident and management requests, perform pool maintenance, log chemical data, and support the maintenance Supervisor with inventory and records while upholding Asset Living standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance and respond to work orders for common areas, buildings and units.
• Assist with the make-ready process and inspections.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program for the community.
• Observe safety standards and OSHA guidelines; keep accurate records of service requests.
