Job summary

Asset Living manages multifamily communities across the US and is seeking a Maintenance Technician for on-site support at multiple locations. The role involves corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance aligned with property objectives under supervision.

Daily tasks include responding to resident requests, scheduling repairs, keeping logs, and assisting in make-ready processes while upholding safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community maintenance and respond to work orders for common areas, buildings, and units.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and keep chemical logs accurate.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and features daily to identify hazards and liability concerns.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend asset life and reduce future repairs.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with on-site tasks and make-ready processes.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and provide responsive service to residents.
