Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners in Baltimore, MD, seeks an Area Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate and oversee day-to-day maintenance across multiple properties. You will supervise the maintenance team, ensure timely resident service requests, perform repairs, renovations, and routine upkeep, and manage safety and compliance.

Travel between the three Baltimore properties is required, with training and budgeting duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Five years as a maintenance technician with at least two years of supervisory experience.
• Experience managing multi-site residential properties.
• EPA Section 608 Technician Certification Type II or Universal (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to lead and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise and contribute to day-to-day service needs of one or more properties.
• Supervise maintenance department and staff; oversee turnovers and repairs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance; maintain logs and records.
• Assist with budgeting, purchasing and contract management; respond to emergencies.
