Job summary

Harbor Group Management is seeking a Multi-site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at two or more properties. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical skills, and coordination with vendors to keep buildings, grounds, and amenities up to Harbor Group’s safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Three years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• A t least one year of supervisory or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train maintenance team to complete tasks on time.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry issues.
• Handle resident service requests and work orders per timelines.
• Oversee make-ready process, inspections, scheduling, and QA.
• Maintain safe, clean common areas and grounds per standards.
• Schedule in-house and contractor work; manage inventory and budget.
