Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee two apartment communities, ensuring safe, efficient operation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems. You will lead a maintenance team, manage vendor bids, and drive cost-effective projects while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

The role requires extensive trades experience, EPA certification, and strong organization and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years maintenance experience in Multifamily or Hospitality.
• Advanced experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.
• Working knowledge of appliances required.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day tasks for two or more apartment communities.
• Set scope, budget tracking, schedule, and bid/manage subcontractors to execute cost-effective projects.
• Pre-diagnose and troubleshoot building systems to schedule repairs.
• Direct and develop the maintenance team on scheduling and performance.
• Oversee work orders, unit turns, and ensure timely, quality service.
• Perform inspections and maintain documentation of activities.
