Job summary

Avanath Capital Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance staff and vendors across our communities. You will ensure quality move-ins, timely service, and strong resident relations while maintaining high standards of curb appeal and safety.

The role requires at least 3 years of multifamily maintenance experience and a minimum of one year in supervision, with expertise in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry work is required.
• HVAC and CPO certifications are highly desired.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Very strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Must be available for on-call and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to work orders and maintenance requests.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Manage maintenance staff and vendor activities under Community Manager guidance.
• Maintain inventory, budget adherence, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
