Qualifications

• Five+ years as a maintenance technician, with at least two years supervisory experience.
• Experience managing multi-site residential properties.
• EPA Section 608 Certification Type II or Universal, or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the maintenance of one or more properties, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Travel between the three Baltimore properties daily/weekly to provide support.
• Oversee apartment turnovers, repairs, renovations, and cleaning of vacant units.
• Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities.
• Lead, train, and direct maintenance staff to achieve timely, high-quality work.
• Monitor compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Assist with budgeting and vendor management as needed.
