Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager. You will supervise rent processing, budgeting, and operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Management: Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness of maintenance staff.
• Administrative Management: Maintain property appearance and ensure repairs are noted and completed on a timely basis.
• Administrative Management: Assist with supervision of all business functions related to operations.
• Administrative Management: Plan for and utilize property resources, equipment, and supplies economically.
• Assistant Community Manager: Responsible for overseeing, under the supervision of the Community Manager, the everyday operations and financial functions of the housing community.
• Assistant Community Manager: Supervise all phases of operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management.
