Confidential is seeking a Practice Manager to lead a multi-site primary care operation in Southern New Hampshire. This role focuses on evaluating and improving workflows, technology use, and performance standards across locations, with no clinical duties required.

The ideal candidate will bring strong healthcare operations experience, team leadership, change management, and a track record of improving patient access and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in healthcare operations or ambulatory care management.
• At least two years in leadership or operational management roles.
• Proven success in improving workflows and driving process improvements.
• Experience leading teams through organizational change with clear expectations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency using electronic health records and healthcare technology systems.
• Ability to travel between multiple practice locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate workflows, staffing, communication, and tech use across multi-site locations.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical, sustainable solutions.
• Standardize workflows, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and patient service.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing coverage, patient flow, and readiness while driving improvements.
• Coordinate training with leadership, IT, and vendors to resolve workflow issues.
• Lead clinical support staff and administrative teams while collaborating with providers.
• Establish productivity, accountability, professionalism, and quality expectations.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and development in partnership with HR.
• Improve workload distribution so staff work at their best roles.
• Enhance appointment access, scheduling, patient flow, and communications.
• Set service standards for patient messages, referrals, forms, and lab results.
• Address patient concerns with professionalism while using feedback for improvement.
