Job summary

North Country Healthcare (NCH) is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations across affiliated medical practices in the White Mountains region of New Hampshire. You will collaborate with clinical, operational, and medical staff to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, patient-centric care.

The role focuses on quality improvement, staff development, and managing overhead while ensuring providers meet contracted patient hours.

Qualifications

• AS/BS degree in nursing required.
• 3–5 years healthcare leadership experience preferred.
• Certification in healthcare management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall clinics and administrative functions of assigned practices.
• Collaborate with medical staff and leadership to meet patient, provider, and staff needs.
• Complete annual RHC program evaluations for designated practices.
• Lead monthly staff meetings and foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure adequate staffing for smooth operations.
• Oversee quality monitoring and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate timely patient appointments and optimize workflow.
• Maintain patient, staff, and provider satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives under supervision.
• Utilize productivity measures to improve performance.
