You will ensure smooth operations, maintain compliance, and drive quality patient care in a community-focused setting.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year in a primary care environment, prior supervisory experience, and strong skills in staff leadership, budgeting, and EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a primary care practice.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the primary care practice.
• Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff.
• Ensure compliance with hospital, state, and federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with providers and departments to enhance care delivery.
• Maintain staffing schedules and manage performance evaluations.
• Track performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Serve as a liaison between practice staff and hospital leadership.
