Job summary

North Country Healthcare in New Hampshire seeks a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple practices. You will collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care and drive quality-improvement initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years of healthcare leadership, an AS/BS nursing degree with NH RN licensure, and relevant certifications; travel reimbursement may be provided as needed. Competitive hourly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• AS/BS degree in nursing is required.
• NH RN license is required.
• Certifications in healthcare management are a plus.
• BLS or Heartsaver CPR AED certification with renewal on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple affiliated medical practices.
• Develop staff through education, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Manage overhead, staffing, and budgets to ensure cost-effective care.
• Ensure providers meet contracted patient hours and maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with medical staff and leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and high standards of practice.
