Job summary

OnePeak Medical Office & Corporate is seeking a Practice Manager to lead clinic operations across multiple sites within the region. You will coach Assistant Practice Managers, optimize schedules, and drive financial performance while maintaining patient-centered care.

The role requires 3–5 years of progressive healthcare leadership, strong collaboration with HR/Finance/IT, and travel across clinics. A BLS/CPR certification and a healthcare admin background are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive leadership in a multi-site healthcare setting.
• Experience mentoring supervisors, leads, and managers.
• Experience with EHR/EPM systems and clinic scheduling/operations platforms.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Experience in primary care or functional medicine is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations across multiple sites and ensure smooth workflows.
• Recruit, train, and coach clinic staff; ensure high standards across locations.
• Oversee payroll processing, timecard approvals, and budget targets.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and Clinical Leadership to support practice needs.
• Travel regularly to assigned clinics within the region; uphold HIPAA and safety standards.
