Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare management experience (multi-site Primary Care or Urgent Care preferred).
• Experience recruiting, leading, and developing teams.
• Ability to travel within a 25-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple clinics.
• Improve workflows to maximize patient flow and reduce wait times.
• Implement and monitor SOPs across all sites.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
• Coordinate with vendors, IT, and site activities.
