Job summary

CloseKnit MSO is seeking a dynamic Multisite Practice Manager to lead daily operations of 2–4 Primary Care and Immediate Care clinics in the Bethesda, MD area. This role requires full-time, on-site presence and regular travel between sites.

You will oversee clinical and administrative staff, optimize workflows, ensure SOP compliance, and partner with the Regional Practice Manager and Regional Medical Director to align day-to-day operations with organizational goals.

Qualifications

2+ years of healthcare management experience (multi-site Primary Care or Urgent Care strongly preferred).
Proven ability to recruit, lead, and develop teams.
Experience handling patient escalations in high-volume settings.
Working knowledge of EHR systems (Athena, eClinicalWorks, Epic, or similar).
Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
Driver’s license and ability to travel within a 25-mile radius.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple clinics.
Improve workflows to maximize patient flow and reduce wait times.
Implement and monitor compliance with SOPs across all sites.
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise clinical and administrative staff.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
Conduct staff meetings, huddles, and performance reviews to drive engagement and retention.
Serve as the main contact for vendors, IT, and site-related activities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards through audits.
Provide coaching, performance management, and corrective actions when needed.
