Allegheny Health Network seeks a Practice Manager for Otolaryngology at West Penn Hospital. You will oversee daily operations across multiple clinics, supervise staff, and drive budgets and revenue cycle performance.

You’ll monitor patient satisfaction, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with physicians and leadership to meet organizational goals. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience as determined by the company.
• 3-5 years’ experience in physician practice with 2 years in practice management.
• CPPM certification preferred and travel to multiple practices may be required.

Responsabilités

• Manages day-to-day operations of the physician practice(s), front and back office.
• Supervises staff, hires, trains and conducts performance evaluations.
• Develops the practice budget with leadership and monitors financial metrics.
• Oversees revenue cycle, staffing hours, resources, and expenses.
• Monitors patient satisfaction and addresses variances and complaints.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and collaborates with physicians and leaders.
