Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a senior leader to drive operations across multiple manufacturing locations in North America, ensuring safe, profitable production and exceptional service. You will coordinate capital strategy and engineering, oversee budgets, and partner with the Commercial team to optimize product cost and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of leadership in packaging, and a strong track record in safety and plant management across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience, preferably in flexible packaging.
• Demonstrated safety leadership and ability to lead across geographies.
• Experience managing large-scale plant operations and capital projects.
• Six Sigma certification strongly preferred; customer service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead plant safety culture and prioritize safety in all operations.
• Collaborate with Plant Managers to drive productivity, quality and service improvements.
• Oversee multi-site operations across North America with capital program governance.
• Plan and justify capital improvements; manage manufacturing budgets and targets.
• Develop leaders, conduct talent reviews, and support HR with succession planning.
• Oversee ERP/SAP implementation aligning with roadmap and timelines.
