Job summary
Amcor is seeking a Senior Operations Leader to plan, direct and drive manufacturing operations across multiple sites in North America, ensuring safe, profitable operations and high quality products. You will oversee capital projects, budgets and engineering, while building a strong leadership pipeline.
You will collaborate with Commercial to understand contracts and profitability, coordinate ERP/SAP implementations, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
- 10+ years leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead plant safety culture and drive safety initiatives across sites.
- Oversee multiple North American sites and capital, program and engineering work.
- Coordinate capital projects, budgeting and cost control to meet targets.
- Collaborate with Commercial to understand contracts, competition and profitability.
