Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in chemical engineering, materials science, or polymer science.
• PhD or graduate degree strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive technical leadership in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs and stage-gate reviews across multiple markets.
• Provide expert technical input and mentor junior staff.
• Develop business cases for new markets or technologies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Quality to resolve technical challenges.
• Define future material science capabilities and resource needs.
