Qualifications

• Leadership and coordination across multiple departments in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience managing plant operations and budgets.
• Knowledge of GMP and SQF requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct plant on a daily basis to meet objectives.
• Hold weekly manager meetings to communicate and discuss plant issues.
• Review efficiency reports to ensure departments meet objectives.
• Review financial reports on profit and loss to meet objectives.
• Oversee annual plant budgeting process and approve budget submissions.
• Budget capital project expenditures and approve projects.
• Develop annual finished goods inventory plan and oversee management.
• Oversee ISO, quality improvement, and training programs.
• Annually review wages and benefits and propose changes to Executives.
• Promote and enforce SQF and ISO requirements.
• Track and verify training for employees and schedule training as needed.
