Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a seasoned operations leader to drive plant safety culture and deliver KPI improvements. You will oversee human capital planning, talent development, and succession planning while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

The role demands strong leadership, financial acumen, and a proven track record in continuous improvement within manufacturing, preferably in flexible packaging.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of relevant experience in a production environment
• Demonstrated passion for safety
• 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in flexible packaging
• Proven ability to lead and drive continuous improvement
• Strong Customer Service mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated understanding of drivers of plant results, including ability to interpret financial results
• Six Sigma Certification strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Leads plant safety culture and prioritizes safety in all responsibilities.
• Identifies opportunities and problems for KPI improvement by reviewing data and reports (safety, quality, waste, productivity).
• Oversees human capital planning and management for the facility, including goal setting and salary planning.
• Attracts, hires, develops direct reports and creates strong succession plans.
• Ensures compliance with safety, product safety, fire protection, policies and housekeeping programs.
• Drives effective communications for all product associates and leads CI initiatives.
• Leads plant budgeting, Cap-Ex execution, and resource planning.
• Fosters growth of CI culture by providing resources and leading teams.
