Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across multiple locations. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, plus make-ready tasks under supervision.

On-site work, strong customer service, and timely response to requests are essential. Responsibilities include daily grounds upkeep, pool maintenance with chemical logs, safety compliance per OSHA, and collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance environment.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas and units.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform daily upkeep of exterior, grounds, and common areas.
• Maintain swimming pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Report violations and assist in safety programs and on-call emergencies.
