Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across our communities in the United States. You will perform routine, preventive, corrective, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, and assist with make-readies for occupied and vacant units.

This on-site position requires mobility around properties, timely response to service requests, and coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, corrective, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to work orders for common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with make-readies and unit inspections as requested.
• Maintain safety standards and documentation for EPA/OSHA compliance.
