Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our multifamily communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, with a focus on quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.

Regular onsite attendance, responsive handling of work orders, and participation in make-ready, pool care, and safety programs are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance for community buildings and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain preventive maintenance and pool chemical logs; ensure safety standards.
• Assist with make-ready processes and general upkeep of the property.
• Monitor inventory and maintain organized maintenance shop.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and uphold customer service standards.
