Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance, cosmetic and make-ready work across its properties. You will work under supervision to carry out preventive and corrective tasks and respond to requests in a timely manner.

The role includes on-site duties, safety compliance with OSHA and Fair Housing requirements, and active participation in inspections and daily upkeep of common areas and units.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance processes: corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
• Make-ready processes in line with property objectives under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly in common areas and units.
• Maintain exterior areas, pools, and daily grounds as assigned.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and ensure safety and compliance with policies.
